The Clara Bow
One of the two Oceanfront Penthouse Bungalows, Penthouse 2 is nicknamed The Clara Bow, after Hollywood’s first “It Girl.” The Bohemian, studio-style Penthouse boasts a 180-degree, unobstructed view of the ocean, beach, boardwalk, and skate park from seven windows. An airy shower features clear views of the ocean and beach through the windows and skylight, with luxuriously appointed bathroom fixtures and accents.
The Arbuckle
This Oceanview Penthouse Bungalow, Penthouse 3, is nicknamed The Arbuckle after Fatty Arbuckle, the infamous, comedic pie-thrower. This Artist-themed Penthouse includes its own private gated patio, ocean, skatepark views; designed with moody tones and original exposed brick detailing, it includes an oversized wet bar for entertaining.
The Morrison PH
Channel Venice’s musical roots in the Jim Morrison-inspired Penthouse 4, who used to crash on the roof next door. (Listen closely to his songs to discover that many of the lyrics were written in reference to Venice!) Like Morrison, Penthouse 4 embodies a style all its own, with repurposed scaffolding planks used as flooring and furniture. On chilly evenings, light the gas fireplace for a romantic night in, illuminated by the glittering city lights out your window.
The Abbot Kinney Penthouse
Enter the Bohemian styled Penthouse 5 through a private patio and walk into your bright, airy living space. With both city and ocean views, on a clear day you can see all the way to the Hollywood sign and Downtown LA.
The Skylight Bungalow
There’s no need to turn the lights on in The Skylight Bungalow, where Sylvester Stallone filmed Cobra. Flooded in natural light, we can’t think of a more perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset through your skylight and soak in all Venice has to offer. Traveling with another couple or as a family needing extra space? Ask about the ability to connect The Skylight Bungalow with the Chaplin Penthouse for a spacious two-bed/two-bath bungalow.
